It costs 250 writ vouchers per attunable station(grahtwood, in front of the main town skyshard), so 1k writ vouchers per full set of stations. At the moment there are 68 sets, so in total it comes down to 68k writ vouchers. Every new zone DLC/chapter adds new crafted sets, so that would be +1k writ vouchers per new crafted set.
Personally I'm using Grand Topal Hideaway for all my stations. The only thing you need flat ground in a house is for dummies, other then that you can simply build a flat area for the stations.
