All races can be found born, raised, and living in all provinces of Tamriel. It's not immersion breaking at all, quite the opposite.
She isn’t wearing Aldmeri colors or gear like everyone else on base, and she’s an orc. Why would she be at the Aldmeri Eastern Gate in Cyrodiil in the middle of war, without a uniform, gloating about the battle she just came from?
ETA: She’s a spy I tell you!!
Because people are not wearing armour all the time? Maybe she's a spy for the Dominion? Maybe she's a civilian/refugee? Or a messenger?
The racism orcs suffer....
Really, Altmer are prejudiced against everyone who isn't Summerset born Altmer. Even to their own "Allies".

We know well this anxious sort of "Altmer", the way they attempt to externalize their own self-loathing: their contempt a cover for their cowardice, their derision a distraction from their diffidence.
We've served our Queen dutifully for a decade, and we'll serve Her dutifully for another thousand: but know this hateful "High Elf": when our war is won, our Orcfather will seize thee, and fling thee to the Sun.

Racism and a lot of other discrimnations and prejudice are their favourite passtime.

Your Orc father was excreted out the body of a Daedra. Bal, Dagon, and Nocturnal were not able to do what you claim Malacath the spurned feces of The Webspinner can. I’ll take my chances.

I could think thrice, and would still come to the same conclusion. I mean what kind of mer can’t tell the difference between their great ancestor and The Webspinner? How many times will you build Orsinium only to have it sacked again? I fear that we have already seen the full breadth of Orsimer competence through their dreadful history with their prized Orsinium. It is laughable to think that they believe themselves somehow independent from their murderers when in truth their hold on Orsinium only remains so because those admittedly very attractive Redguards, and Bretons find more value in claiming the Ruby Throne than frolicking in their own backyards. That city will fall again, as it did in the past and the Parriah folk will reclaim there rightful place as the rejects of Nirn. If trash was a Tamrielic race, it’d be the Orsimer.😎

I suppose I should be grateful that she may have taken out some Ebonheart scum as well during her bloodlust. Nevertheless, she should have been killed for merely approaching the gates. How in The Void did she make it inside?!

As a Breton I would normally applaud the chastisement of orcs, after all the sacking of Orsinium is kind of a national sport back in High Rock.
However!
Since all is allowed in love but even moreso in war, I will do something I would normally never do, but desperate measures do force my hand and you're a lackey of the squire-queen anyways. And thus in true 2000's internet fashion I will snipe at your spelling. After all, you can't reach Alaxon if you're barely literate. And no one knows who Alex' son is anyways. Have at thee:
Back in Highrock even the lowliest peasant would know that it's brother or sister IN arms, where it's master or sergeant AT arms. Bend the knee and get vassalized!
With love, and inb4 no one realizes it's satire.
