What is your opinion of all three factions in pvp?

Let me make this clear that you all must keep this civil and conforming to the Code of Conduct/rules on the forums. Do not bash or name specific people/guilds/etc. out of spite. Do not use vulgar language. Do not try to start a fight. Be a slimy Sload, and you will be banished to the Void.

So with the PvP event starting, what is everyone’s opinion of each faction in PvP? I’ll start.
First with my main faction: Ebonheart Pact. I love EP, whether it be the people or just the lore in Cyrodiil. Zone chat can be goofy but serious, and there’s sometimes a dude who serenades chat with random song lyrics. Love that guy. EP can make great plays, but it does show on PC NA that there isn’t as much of a presence at night. And EP can be pretty dumb, as in stacking Aleswell while AD and DC take our keeps kind of dumb.
For AD, I don’t mind them. I’ve played in AD with a friend a couple years ago, and from what I remember, zone chat was very friendly. Fighting them can sometimes be a pain since there’s a lot of Nightblades and Sorcs. Mainly given the races in AD though. Unfortunately the main scapegoat for the weird as heck Low Pop bonus bug that’s been going on.
And lastly, DC. I simply don’t like this faction. A lot of the jerk players in Cyrodiil tend to be from DC. From people who farm a whole keep at off-hours to purposefully ganking questers in events like the current one. Not sure why the more toxic players gravitate towards DC. Of course not everyone is like that in the faction, but I hold a stronger vendetta against the faction. I’ll throw hands with a blueberry any day, even if my butt gets kicked.

Ok, I will bite...

Not a fan of AD, for the same reason you mentioned of DC with the quest point camping... and their groups are generally not overly skilled. Not saying some of the players aren't, some are very skilled, but in general it is a zerg fest with more siege and arrows raining down from above than folks in the field. I am ambivalent about EP, as they are generally low key, with the exceptions of a couple groups we mix it up with pretty regularly, but the faction as a whole puts up a decent fight. I play DC, but as a faction we are a hot mess, generally very fractured, to many zone generals who don't know how to play a map and as a result, everyone ignores them and does there own thing. And apparently everyone hates DC, but what can I do, my guild is all in on DC so here we are.

My opinion is indifferent, they are all the same. Sometimes they are dumb, sometimes they are smart, and they all have trolls, griefers, nice people and neutral people.

I've played mostly EP since launch. I have had characters on all 3 factions & I have friends in all 3 factions.

They are all the same but the majority of each faction still believes the other 2 factions are terrible. It's just the accumulated frustration of the competition. I've been there.. & raged against the faction that has had superior numbers, the hammer, Emp, whatever advantage... but it's really just frustration overwhelming my good sense.

I play NA PC - GH or BR. You see it all day long in all 3 faction Cyro zone chats... faction X & Y are ganging up on US, faction X is stupid, they should attack faction Y if they had any sense. etc, etc...

All factions have good players, all factions have bad players, they all have toxic mofos, they all have friendly players. It becomes even more the case with the campaigns that aren't faction locked.. then it's the same players on all 3 factions!

na Xbox AD only player.

DC : Well organized disciplined. Seemingly planned well. W/Good leadership. Really impressed how they stack attacks, Ball group etc. Really well coordinated. Generally defensive. Attacks are purposeful and deadly. Some keep ball groupers just annoying but respect their skills. Worthy foe. This would be my alt faction simply to gain insight of their seemingly impressive command and control.

EP. Aggressive but seemingly not well coordinated. Decentralized leadership. Some really tough tankier players. Predictable strategy. Back and forth Bridge battles between BRK sej and allessia pretty much the primary engagements. Primary aggressor and antagonist players. Tea baggers and zergers. That said good fighters and always up to fight AD so appreciate we always have action together as opposed to sleeping in keeps. Seemingly serve as a support group to DC rarely ever coordinate truce efforts with AD for dethrone of DC Emps almost supporting DCs rule? Suspect caravan shipments of gold deposited into Ebonhart Pact coffers.

AD: Really friendly group. Lot of soloist. Some fantastic players with good people. Supportive. Tactics could use coordination. Ensuring camps are placed and players support each other's roles etc. That said, when we are firing on all cylinders seemingly unstoppable even when Hammer and Purple faction are jointly focused on Dominion keeps. We stay generally positive even when getting rolled. Comeback kid attitude. That really rallies around the concept of our Queen (Kate B. is worth dying for) and I personally love that we seem to enjoy the lore aspects of the AD empire w/ 3 banners war and players seem to have a fierce faction allegiance.

Oh I'm totally biased. I love EP. ❤️

I have been EP from the beginning. Besides that, I play enough PvP to recognize our faction regulars which makes it feel like a real team to me.

That said I have little specific animosity to the other factions except when I see them appearing to work together against EP. I don't have a lot of respect for that strategy.

Agree with @NotaDaedraWorshipper. I've played on all three factions (PC-EU, Grey Host and no-CP) and the general mentality/attitude is the same, just a different colour. My opinion is indifferent. They all have their ups and downs.

I go on EP, and it's AD and DC ganging up on us. People in zone chat decrying the green alliance and everyone's talking about cheaters, "cheater gear sets," spies, and AD night cappers.

Eh. I have no interest in the whole "faction war" crap. I have characters in all three factions (well.... most of my EP characters are not the "germane" races because I just don't have any use for any of the three - so my characters in EP are Imperial or all the others except the EP races) because I have bought the any race upgrade on both accounts both PC megaservers; added to that, I really REALLY dislike the entire EP quest chain from beginning to end). And on top of that, I just don't have many characters in EP at all, because I just don't like it.

So... *shrug*

YMMV. In actual fact, I knew from the beginning that this game was giving an inordinate amount of validation to the Three Banners War. So I have played the game with that in mind for over 3.5 years now.

I don't give the "war" any credence at all. I hate that sort of crap in games, always have always will. Beyond that, this is a TES game, and I play it solo. MMOs are really great as they're not static - unlike SPMR games. That's why I play ESO - it's a more "alive" world . But I'm not messing with the stuff in it I just have NO use for.

No offense DC people- obviously that's a generalization that doesn't hold true for everyone.
