Question regarding “achieved by” character in AwA

I have two somewhat related questions:
1) I log in with a character that has recently done an achievement, unlocking it for the account. I then log in with an older character that completed that same achievement a year ago. Who is listed as the “achieved by” character?
2) If seven of my characters have separately completed an achievement and I delete the one with “achieved by” credit, does the credit pass to the next character with the earliest date of completion?
This is far from my major concerns regarding AWA, but I would like to prepare for and control what little I still can. Thank you.

✭✭✭✭✭my understanding is if you have 2+ different toons with the same achievement, it will show "earned by" as the toon with the oldest "earned" date
not sure on number 2 thoughplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

1. The one that unlocked the achievement first.
2. No, credit does not pass. The "achieved by" simply appears blank on PTS right now. Not sure if this is a bug or intended.

I was thinking it was to help implement and if you decided you didnt want the character it would eventually just not even say earned by, I really wonder if its going to stay or go away.0
