Any news on broken quests (on alts) due to another character having completed the same quests before

What the title says. I spend a lot of time replaying quests on alts because that is how I have fun, and while I have not tested this while I wait for the EU character transfer, I have read reports of bugs due to the way achievements are linked to quest progression. Then it gets buried under back-and-forward arguments about global achievements.

What is in store for quester altoholics?

From what I've read, museum quests are bugged, or maybe intended to only ever be done on one character only as they are an achievement quest. Two queens sit on the throne right on top of each other in Elsweyr if you completed the story on a character and come in on a character that never completed it. You can't talk to Count Verandis in his epilogue quest called Taking Up The Mantle after finishing the Greymoor story arch if you did that quest on one character and are wrapping up on a different character. These are the ones I know of. Hopefully others will post what they've found for you.

No communication at all from ZOS, not even a news article to warn people. This, and the other threads will be closed, as there is an "official" thread that consolidates and ignores feedback.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT THREAD TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT A MAJOR CHANGE

The main bugs I'm concerned with are roleplay and collections, you can no longer use achievements to tell you what a character needs to do. This is most apparent with collection quests where the achievement helps to keep track of the quest; like the unlockable target dummy from clockwork city the "Precursor". Under the new system this long fetch quest will not tell you which pieces you need, of even if you've already done it.... The precursor quest is pretty minor, but it exemplifies how achievements help to guide and reward individual characters, and that is something being taken away.
#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.
