“Piercing Javelin: This ability and its morphs now bypass block to live up to their name.“

I cannot test this myself as I have no friends on pts. I have a PC but I am a console player. Can someone please answer this question for me?

Does the new effect (a) damage goes through block now or (b) the javelin stuns through block like streak or fear, aka a drop block.

(c) both choices lol
