And I will be commenting that i don't like because I don't want ZOS thinking this is a great idea and implementing it.

Pretty sure there's still a difference between hybridisation and homogenization.

Of course there is...that's why I stated "/"
That is, either ZoS turns the racial into hybrid passive or just remove them from game.

Then what is your opinion on racial balance?!

Wait... What? No dude. Equality is not the same thing as homogenization. It's important to celebrate history and heritage and diverse cultures, and not to erase all of that.

You could certainly make an argument for improved balance in racial passives, or request morphs for them to allow additional customization. But claiming all racial identity should be erased as an important step in equality both in game and irl is... frankly horrific.

I don't have a problem with it. There are a few different races that can play each character type with minimal difference so people have choices.

Or just tweaking redguard and argonian to be done with it for ages without other unnecessary movements.

I could live with another rework if it's something more complex and substantial like racials (more like "culturals" in reality) morphs, actual skills or somewhat like CP tree where you can tweak your bosmer to be stealthy if you like or have a hunters sight as currently in ESO. Those would enhance experience and not taking away from it. Making racials just bland hybrid stats would be another lose for tes players in my own opinion. If it's not something substantial or meaningful, better not touch it at all, they're way better than pre change ones.

    As the title says,

ZoS, please have a look at the racials, by implementing hybridization to skills there is a need for hybridizing the current races as well or just remove them and keep the first passive like,

Let the Argonian gain 100% boost in leveling a healing staff skill line. So, with that an argonian at level 10 will max out the healing staff tree...
Not their swim speed or posion resistance. That's as to be removed.

We already have CP to increase the stats for healing, running speed, etc...but instead of the current percentage. Its increased more....
So, unlock CP at level 10.

This will give players to play any race that they want and it doesn't make them feel that racial segregation is in the game....

Like, A Bosmer can become a top tank race without having a disadvantage, An Imperial can be the top healing race without being labelled as a tank race...this will give players variety, just like how Final Fantasy XIV offers....

    Edit:
Let the passives be bought from CP tree.
Also increase the CP slot from 4 to 8.

Somehow I do not like this suggestion. I think racial passives should make much more of a difference when choosing what race to play for a given role. A rework of the racial passives to enhance each races unique qualities would be great. (Bring back Bosmer stealth for example).

As much as I'd like to see Bosmer tanks be common, because I think that's an hilarious visual, I'd give this a pass because of three main reasons.
    1. I think racial passives need to stay because they are, at this point, pretty much the only differentiating factor between different characters. With how much hybridization and homogenization of damage types and buffs we are getting each patch, I think it makes sense that at least something is stopping us from making an endless army of Dark Elves. As much as I love Dunmer lore, this isn't Morrowind overtaking the rest of Tamriel, it's ESO - Infinity War (in Cyrodiil).
    2. You want us to "buy" the racial passives from the CP trees? No thanks, I already cannot stand the unbearable grind that is CP 2.0, and you want them to add more *** to grind towards?
    3. You argument that racial equality being promoted IRL should be mirrored with racial equality in-game, through tweaking a few values in a bunch of passives is, frankly, ridiculous. First of all, it's kinda funny to me that you think this "equality" between races in a videogame has some sort of impact in the real world at all. And I mean, who knows, maybe it will be the thing that inspires people to really make a change, but somehow, I really doubt it, which brings me to my second point. If you think ZOS should reflect their strive for IRL racial equality in-game, this is not the way to do it. The way to do it would be by telling tales of racial equality through quests, dialogue and lore, not by changing the speed at which lizards can swim (also, screw you, I like being fast when I swim, thank you very much). And finally, as much as it pains me to say this, racial equality shouldn't be a thing in TES, at least not on a global scale. Setting aside the fact that racial differences and racism are the crux of a lot of the lore concepts and storylines in TES (which you can like or not, I actually kind of enjoy the fact that your character is allowed to go "against the grain" in many scenarios where they'd be expected to follow through with their race's commonly held racist views), the thing about races in ESO is that they are different, and that's what makes them fascinating. Now just imagine how boring this universe would be if all the races were exactly the same. Plus, a bit of a stretch here, but I really don't like you implying that races (or ethnicities if we are talking IRL) are not treated equally because they have different "stats", which in turn implies that equality is about us all having the same "stats". Last I checked, that was an "acceptable" view in the beginning of the last century, and the "gentlemen" that held such views weren't exactly bastions of ethical and moral thinking. Of course, if it wasn't painfully obvious from the above, I don't think racism being portrayed in a game means that it should be encouraged IRL, in fact the way it is woven in the lore and storylines of the game makes it often a fatal flaw of the people that embrace said racist views, much like it is IRL. In short, if you're racist, get bent.

    [snip]

Edit: forgot to mention this. Race isn't that big of a deal, unless we are talking absolute min-maxing in top-tier endgame levels of play. The only real difference is, I feel, at very high skill levels. A good player on an off-meta race will outperform a mediocre player on a meta one any day.

For me endgame is housing and trials, not PvP.

If you get too obsessed over any aspect of the game, how do you differe from a religious fanatic? ESO is not a religion, yes, but one can get obsessive.

That some things do require a rework is a given, though some find, eg. CP 2.0 to be far better than CP 1.0.

Bottom line - 'endgame' is a subjective term.

    What this nonsense about races?

Someone want all the toons the same except for their look? That would be quite a loss...
Differences are what makes things interesting, and also an added value which can tickle you into trying a different toon for once. Hybridization is meant to add variability to the game (you stam char can use mag gear and skills if you desire, and viceversa), not the other way.

Then lets remove also classes and turn eso in one of those Korean phone games (with all due respect) where the only thing that changes in your toon is the look...

No, for me it's a huge no

Just look at redguards, they are the bottom down racial choice for ESO.
    [snip]

If I can successfully dps with a nord and an argonian, you should have zero issue playing a redguard. Also Equality has absolutely nothing to do with any race, culture, or person's inherent(or otherwise) ability or inability to perform 'insert-anything'.
