A question about the double mount and possible Cyrodiil exploit

If you and a friend mount up in Cyrodiil, and you jump off a high place and die, or if you get ganked off your mount and both die, Do you get credit for your daily Kill (class) quest? Will your friend get credit for killing you? For that matter, when ganked off your mount, who takes damage first, how is it distributed? Rider, then passenger?

Theoretically can you just routinely pair up with people and kill yourselves over and over to fill Kill (class) quests with the double mount?

This is all assuming it will count a friendly player as an enemy kill, which I'm thinking won't be the case. If you mean an opposing faction player mounting with you and jumping to your death...there are easier ways of boosting than running up repair bills.

As far as damage distribution goes, I would imagine damage would target the primary rider/pilot since it's thier mount and the passenger would just be ejected on death/forced dismount. If damage applied to both rider (doubled), no one would use them due to vulnerability. If it was divided between them (halved), that becomes a p2w advantage/exploit and ZOS would have a riot on thier hands.

    Edited for grammar and clarity.
