Quick Question on PTS Server Space

Asking this since the patch update for the PTS is so large & will take some time to download. I'm a Steam user. Currently have the regular game folder and current (PTS Blackrock Chapter DLC) installed on my HD. Will be firing up the PTS to have the ESO launcher update the PTS folder. But I'm unsure if the space on my HD is enough. According to this

says you need at least 125GB total on PC of which 85GB is required for the game client/regular game folder. ESO has been already installed and with the existing Blackwood chapter, my laptop has some 50GB free. Can someone clarify:
1. if the new patch update will overwrite the existing Blackwood DLC PTS (at no additional storage cost)? Or
2. if the new High Isle update will be downloaded in addition to the existing Blackwood PTS and then installed. So the older Blackwood PTS will be deleted only after the installation of the new chapter PTS is OK?
If #1 case is true then I'm good to go for storage on my SSD. If #2 is the case, then I'm looking at the undesirable task of deleting a lot of games from my Steam library

I'm trying to avoid wasting a lot of time downloading the new update. Only to discover the ESO launcher has indicated I've run out of HD storage space (again playing on laptop so HD space is premium).

✭If you have an existing PTS install then the launcher will update the existing PTS to the new one exactly the same way as the live is updated in chunks.
