It was unplayable for everyone. From pop locked normally to one bar during prime time.
So a 4k lead turned into a 15k lead because people couldn't siege and they just gave up and left till it was fixed. Whatever alliance had control before the crashocalypse was guaranteed to pull away.
I was vocal that they should have freezed the score or just gave first place rewards to everyone because it wasn't fair on anyone.
But we'll never agree I guess. I can't support posting an end score and not looking back and saying, well the majority my alliance clearly doesn't care about playing the map and would rather farm rss/fight specific people etc... no wonder that happened.
So, here's a scenario. You have an alliance full of strong players during off hours who could run the map if they wanted to, but they don't. They just want to fight so they pick a spot and farm it for hours.
In the morning everyone wakes up and bemoans the state of the map. NIghT cAPpIng.
It wasn't a population problem. The people on just didn't care about taking or defending.
Why should that alliance get boosted up and made competitive?
