Reimbursment for Maitinence time.
Well, since we have had repeated long down times for fixes(which i appreciate) some 3 or 4 times per week since launch are we going to have some additional time added to the 30 days which came with the game?, which we payed for.

Nah. That would be called customer service. Find another game if you want customer service.
Already been playing PoE, free game with less problems and sterling customer support and maintenance in the minutes not hours.
Maybe i've just come to expect better from companies with more than enough developers and support staff to get a game on the shelf and competently manage it than a f2p no name company.
Also for the tossers(the ones that link ToS) pretty sure Blizzard has the same in theirs BUT they do actually reimburse you.

Thats because blizzard choose to do it, also they don't always only in rare cases, you keep pulling information out of that hat of yours but it seems to be mostly wrong.
If you read the ToS, you wouldn't be here posting that.
