I might’ve found where the new chapter could be located (spoilers)

There are some islands just south of the Yokudan archipelago that haven’t actually been confirmed to be apart of Yokuda.

These very well could be the High Isles, in the leaked picture we can see what may be two other close islands and the placement of them are right for Asil Yelir and Siuol Yelir

I know the names of most of the islands don’t seem like they could be Breton but one of them is called Ravan(also written as Raven on an official map) which is a name commonly found in Breton culture, what do you guys think could this be the chapter location?

Awesome theory, we'll have to see for sure.

However, if you want to know ahead of time, major spoilers
This is from the language files in the client today,
Set out on ESO's year-long adventure, the Legacy of the Bretons, and uncover an epic storytelling experience told across three DLCs and the High Isle Chapter. A tale of chivalric honor and political upheaval set within the stunning Systres Archipelago awaits.

So I think you're close to the spot but it seems ZOS are adding an island to the Systres Archipelago as per this text
Explore High Isle and Amenos, part of the beautiful Systres Archipelago, and discover a Breton land never-before-seen in The Elder Scrolls. Traverse stunning white cliffs, majestic castles, and tournament fields as you encounter a gallant knightly culture.

Additionally they suggest it's in the Abecean Sea as per this text here
The Abecean Sea is fraught with dangers, but your mastery of all things nautical and the feel of your scallop-topped leather boots adds a swagger to your step. Dressed like this, even the fiercest pirates will know better than to challenge you at port.

Is that area kind of small for a chapter though? I sure hope they have a lot to deliver for a full year. I hope the card game is not a time sink to take away how little there will be to explore in a chapter.

I don't want to speculate or something but it's probably might be proper use of small landmass, I remember strolling through file names seeing something along the lines of "sub zone" or something similar, so they're probably had something to make it into chapter size.

I think it's important to not take the world map at it's face value and realise that ZOS can make the landmass as big as it needs to be, not everything is to scale on the world map I would see no reason why the chapter zone would be much larger or smaller than any other chapter zone we have.

A storm at sea takes you to a place "Never-before-seen in The Elder Scrolls". Sounds like a normal opening to a Elder Scrolls adventure. Its probably a multi-island area.

I wanna point out a few things here.

According to that map the Systres are farther east of what's circled and NW of Summerset. They are those tiny little islands near the compass. And Asil Yelir and Sioul Yelir are the smaller islands between Nalonga and Ravan and not the cliff faces we see in the promotional image.

Now its possible they are using Nolanga as the basis for High Isle's shape and it may very well be that big. I can't imagine ZOS is going to get away with islands the size of Betnikh and Stros M'Kai for a Chapter release.

Yes my thought is that it was Nolanga’s bay and we can see the other two islands from the picture and all four islands would be the chapter, Nolanga, Asil Yelir, Siuol Yelir and Ravan.

Ooh, now an underwater zone would be fun! Imagine how many new zones would be available if everything that's been sunk into the ocean were explorable, lol.

    I'm calling it now. Were-sharks.

What youre seeing in the promotional image is just the high cliff faces of the primary island. If that is Nolanga or based on Nolanga you can not see the smaller islands of Asil or Siuol from that image.

I’m talking about the cliffs that are misty and dark which in paintings and pictures usually means they’re afar off distance also on the map you can see Siuol Yelir is dark and shaded which indicates mountains on a map, so you’d be able to see it from a far distance. Something else I just realize while looking at the picture across the bay you can see some dark shaded areas that could be the tip of Ravan. Again this is all hear say I’m not saying it is these islands for sure.

Unfortunately thats not a 2nd era map so we all could be wrong, ZOS doesnt always follow current ES maps in the wild they could create something entirely new and then everyone needs to update their maps.... but we'll see soon.
