I don't want to speculate or something but it's probably might be proper use of small landmass, I remember strolling through file names seeing something along the lines of "sub zone" or something similar, so they're probably had something to make it into chapter size.

Yes my thought is that it was Nolanga’s bay and we can see the other two islands from the picture and all four islands would be the chapter, Nolanga, Asil Yelir, Siuol Yelir and Ravan.

What youre seeing in the promotional image is just the high cliff faces of the primary island. If that is Nolanga or based on Nolanga you can not see the smaller islands of Asil or Siuol from that image.
