New style from endeavor points

Totally clueless on how to wear what I bought with my 2000 endeavor points. I think I paid the 1000 gold fee to apply it but when I get to the outfit station I only get the preview and it goes away when i leave -Scoriianite Gladiator Jack.
Stripped down before applying it so no costume, no disguises What did I miss?

You don't pay anything until you change the outfit. If you didn't have enough gold on you to pay for the change it wouldn't apply.

Go into Settings/Character

Scroll to the top and change to Outfit slot 1.

Good chance you don't have the outfit slot activated on your char. Hope that helps.
