In the green champion tree, it says
"Your Weapon Enchantments have a 10% chance to not consume a charge when activated per stage".
It goes up to 50%
What im wondering is what is a charge exactly? My inferno staff has a flame damage enchantment, what does this do for me having a chance to not consume a charge? Someone help explain it all to me im still learning on the fly. Thanks in advance.

✭✭✭✭I think it basically means you have to charge your enchants less.
Your enchant has a finite amount of times it can proc before you need to use a soul gem.
So this CP means when your glyph procs, it has a chance to not use a charge.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭yup just requires using less soul gems for recharging
i miss this CP before the nerf, when cp2.0 came out, this passive could actually go up to 100% chance to not consume charges (meaning you never had to worry about it becoming empty lol, yes it was broken but it was also awesome lol)plays PC/NA
