Out of curiosity while walking around Wrothgar, I saw this rock and wondered what it said. Its on an island near the Great Bay Wayshrine. As far as I can tell, it repeats NIRN OBEY COLDHARBOR.
Is that right?

✭✭✭✭✭It's one of the most common daedric script phrases you can find in ESO. It's on all those stones in Wrothgar, on some dolmens and other places.
