You would have thought it would be the other way around right ?

Levelling is already a breeze, there's way to reduce the length of researching times and doing achievements again can be quite fun.

I’ve changed two characters alliance..never have any issues. What’s buggy about it?

But changing from a 4ft female woodelf to a 6ft male Argonian is ok.

This is very logical. It makes total sense as to why it is unlikely to happen. I am not saying it will never happen but there is a revenue aspect involved. Since those with deep pockets will pony up the money for instant mount training, sky shards, skill lines, and maybe a shiny new mount or costume, there is a lot of money to be made with players rolling new characters.
Most people don't start a new character because of Class, though. If anything, introducing Class change tokens would likely cause people who are playing less because they aren't satisfied with their current Class to play more on their current characters.InaMoonlight wrote: »I don't think there ever will be a class change token, as people would loose incentive to start new characters, and thus eso loosing out on played hours, they make faaar too much money off new chars that you gotta get everything for again
Every time one of these threads comes up, someone always has to drop the "leveling is easy!" line. As if Skyshards, Lorebooks, Undaunted skills, PvP skills, Recipes, Furniture Blueprints, Achievements, Antiquity skills, crafting skills, Mount upgrades, Motifs, and other character-bound things just don't exist, right?dinokstrunz wrote: »This is been discussed many times and the general consensus is that it will never happen due to how buggy it would be. Literally no one has a problem with leveling new characters, and yet somehow that's the one thing people seem to think those who want Class change tokens have issues with, rather than not wanting to lose all the progress they have on any given character.
Also, no, the "way to reduce research timers" a) only applies to equipment crafting and does nothing for Provisioning, Alchemy, or Enchanting, and b) they're expensive for the number you'd need to get a character fully researched for all four equipment lines. The instant ones we get as daily login rewards aren't given out nearly frequently enough to make any real dent. As for doing achievements over again, YOU might find it fun, but most people don't, especially when it comes to things like Emperor, Master Angler, or certain dungeon/trial ones.

@Kwoung
How exactly does someone level.Alchemy and Provisioning in 3-4 clicks? I'm assuming you don't mean entirely, since that's literally impossible. You need to unlock better recipes for Prov, since using the the beginning green ones would take forever. For Alchemy, you have to unlock the higher tiers of solvent, since making the base level Sips will again take a while. Enchanting is just evil regardless and I hate it.
That being said, yes Alchemy and Prov aren't hard to get learned and all, but they do still require some effort and patience.

I'm not seeing the attraction to this idea.
