Hey all,

Just wondering which sets as a trial healer (Templar/Warden) goes together. I know that Roaring and Jorvuld is a match, also Hollow and olo/Spell power cure.
I'm looking to make the best combination possible out of the sets below.

Roaring
Jorvuld
Saxhleel
Worms
PA
Spell Power Cure
Olo
Hollow
Martial Knowledge
Stone Talker
Z'ens
etc.

Any I forgot?

Cheers!

It's very flexible and depending on required buffs you will use all kinds of combinations but most common ones are:
    - RO+JO
    - SPC + MK + Spaulder, / SPC + Worm
    - SPC+Hollow / SPC+Stone-Talker is fine for pugs but DDs often use Bahsei, burst sustain gained from Hollow and Stone-Talker may mess up their damage
    - Olo same as SPC
    - Z'en + MK (very situational, Z'en is used on DK DD most of the time, healer puts it on for vAS+2)
    - SPC + Sax (only really useful for necro) / SPC + Master Architect - good for trial trash pulls

Rarely used PA on my healer tbh, I slap it on my tank most of the time.

    Symphony of Blades
    Sentinel

Add Bogdan and Troll King to those, situational, but might come in handy.

Olo is really only used now in static fights, SPC is almost superior in all contexts. So Hollow/SPC as well

Ro/Jo + Hollow/SPC is probably your most common 2 healer setup. Then add in Spaulders and at least 1 set of Symphony between the two of you. (I like having the Ro/Jo healer in spaulder since you're heavy attacking already to proc RO)

Olo is really only used now in static fights, SPC is almost superior in all contexts.

Olo very rarely used this days, only in special situation or in some very high end trifecta group if they want both mythic and monster set on the healer (spc cannot really used on one bar while olo can be backbar with other set on frontbar, an example one such configuration is olo+sax+perls+symph)

Is Hollowfang actually useful in trials? I thought it had been nerfed and on top of that, has a relatively small area of effect (smaller and shorter in duration than Olorime or Winter’s Respite) and wouldn’t think vitality (additional healing received) would be as useful as damage and resource buffs. But I could see it being useful in scenarios where the group is stacked and taking high but not one-shot damage, like in the Z’Maja’s execute phase in Cloudrest. Is it more generally useful than I think?

I usually run RO / Jo + Bogdan’s (extra magicka) or Troll King if the other healer is bringing SPC and Symphony. Otherwise SPC, Symphony, and either Stone-Talker or Powerful Assault depending on the group. I much prefer heavy attack proc sets to light attack (Martial Knowledge) since that keeps up my resources too and feels much better to me than trying to weave light attacks.

isn't that what I said... "SPC is almost superior in all contexts." ? perhaps I should have said "SPC is superior in almost all contexts", having the qualifier "almost" in a better place.

    Curious..
With Olo being able to be backbared wouldn't a very tight standing trial group benefit more from olo proc + master resto?

Of course in many scenarios you have to move around more, but some fights are rather stationary aswell.

The current meta is for one healer to run Roaring Opportunist + Jorvuld's Guidance and for the second healer Spell Power Cure or Olorime with either Stonetalker's Oath or Wormcult, if sustain is needed, or Martial Knowledge, Elemental Catalyst, Z'en's Redress, Powerful Assault or Saxhleel Champion. As monstersets Symphony of Blades is quite common, otherwise Spaulder of Ruin and Pearls of Ehlnofey are usually preferable over additional monstersets. As ability altering weapons Master Restoration Staff is pretty much the standard.

The Raid leader will usually say which sets they want you to wear. But I standardly use Olo+Jorvulds+Lord Warden and it's good for most trials. Keep the other sets on you to switch out to, though.
