I'm on Mac OS and have been having a lot of trouble with the game's launcher. I have been unable to download or repair through it (have restarted and reinstalled it). Customer support has been awful and not able fix my issue.
Is there a way to get the patch files and install them manually on the Mac without going through the launcher?

You will need the ESO launcher in order to download the game files for ESO.
