Stuck on everlasting loding screen

After signing in im stuck on a everlasting loading scren where the little wheel spinning in the bottom right corner.
I tried:
- deleting all Addon
- Restart PC
- Repair
- Reinstall
Last 3 days i havent been able to play even i have ESO plus

Supernum✭Maybe also try to run the Game as admin? I read about that might fix it for some people.
Further, did you also run the launcher as admin and tried to repair it then? What OS are you using?0 -
