Character stuck, cannot login anymore after meteor in BG's

Hey
Reaching out for a friend so won't share public information and hope someone can message me about it
A friend of mine did a battleground, got meteors while taking a portal, got thrown of the map and now cannot login anymore on that character at all. So he cannot do a /stuck because the server tells him his character is blocked to login
any help from @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_BillE @ZOS_Adrikoth would be very much appreciated
