Low pop bonus still bugged

This is getting to be a bit stupid now for how long this has been left broken.
For those at zos who get a bit confused: 3 bars is MORE than 2, so you can say that 2 bars is LOWER than 3 bars. So when it comes to calculating low pop bonus, it should not go to the 3 bar faction but maybe the 2 bar faction. It shouldn't go to the 3 bar faction, because 3 is MORE than 2. If a follow up is needed, I can make an example using apples.

✭✭✭✭✭Is it a low score bonus?
On Gray Host on PC-NA yesterday, different factions were getting the low pop bonus for a few minutes here and there despite having 3 bars of population. The name of the bonus shows up in the campaign menu and can be printed to chat by add-ons. The low score bonus would not have rightfully applied either, since the scores were so close (all within 1k in the 90k+ range).Edited by virtus753 on December 16, 2021 4:42PM1
