Hi, title says it all. I am a crafter and I would love to buy a crafting bag, but I do not want to queue for DLC dungeons. That said the current system discourages crafters to participate in group dungeons, which is a pity in my opinion.

So someone queued specifically for a DLC dungeons, because they wanted gear or the skill point or just wanted to check it out, and you are rewarded with a 100,000 XP and 10 transmutes for helping them out.
If you remove DLC dungeons from random queue, you are basically saying that the only way to do a DLC dungeon, even on normal, is with a pre-formed group of 4. Because if given the option to opt out of DLC dungeons in randoms, everyone will opt out. ZOS is not giving you 100,000 XP and 10 transmutes out of the goodness of their heart. You are not entitled to that 100,000 XP and 10 transmutes with as little effort as possible. ZOS are giving you 100,000 XP and 10 transmutes so that people who queue for specific dungeons are not stuck in the queue forever.

So why do non subscribers get the XP and stones if not from the kindness of their hearts? Why is our experience with the group finder worse because we pay? Maybe non subs shouldn’t get bonus rewards either then?

You are both queueing for every last dungeon you qualify for, instead of picking what you want to do.
Non-subscribers are merely not being given access to content they did not pay for.

I suspect they mean that having ESO+ means that DLC dungeons are automatically included in the daily random dungeons, whether you want it or not.
It's not quite being forced - that's rather hyperbolic. But for the players who really want those daily random dungeon rewards, they can't "unsubscribe" to the DLC dungeons.
OP, ZOS wants players who want to do DLC dungeons to be able to get groupmates, so they are unlikely to change it even though this is a fairly frequent request on the forums.
Group with a low level character before you queue. It's what all the sweaty players do to avoid dlc dungeons in their dailies. The super sweats log in and group with their alt account on their second PC (then have it drop group so it doesn't level up from the random daily XP).

If you are trying to optimize to the extreme then you run through 18 characters when each member of the group has a single level 10 toon they bring for some of the runs who stands in the door and always ignores the level up prompt. You can do only the first few dungoens forever providing you don't take the level up. In fact I suspect you could grind to 50 in FG1 and just take all the level ups at the end 8)
I wouldn't recommend it - FG1 gets a bit boring after the first 10 times in a day 8)

Why do you not want to queue for DLC dungeons?

That is pretty much it. There is a fairly huge disparity in the level of difficulty between Base & DLC, yet they offer the same daily reward. If they upped the reward for DLC, you may actually see players hoping to get a DLC and griping when they get normal, which as you point out, is easily fixed by separate queues. But even without separate queues, the impact of getting a DLC would be less.

Because ending up in one of the DLC dungeons with random pugs can be one of the most frustrating experiences ESO has to offer. I know you should go with a preformed group to avoid that problem but realistically how often is your group going to be available to run. 20%, 35% of the time, and that's if you're in a hardcore delve/trial guild.
While it would be nice and I think it would be a good idea to select non DLC dungeons, I don't think ZOS is going to change it. It would require a rework of the dungeon finder system. The system they barely got working again about 6 months ago. I'll settle for the system that's sort of working now.
