You promised EU servers, where are they?

If I had known this game was NA only, I never would have bought it. It's been a month very soon and my patience is wearing thin. Zenimax, if you don't make good on the promise of actual EU servers, you won't be getting a sub from me after the next month and I'd wager that I'm no the only person who is fed up with the static 200ish ms pings.

The servers would and will be placed on European soil. Nowhere was a time frame given though... so before grabbing your pitchfork and going all medieval, give them some time. OMG... it's been nearly a month...The statement "if you put enough monkeys behind enough typewriters... sooner or later one will produce the works of Shakespeare" has sadly been proven utterly wrong by the internet...0 -

The North American and European Megaservers will first be hosted in North America during the launch phase of the game. This gives us a more efficient way to address any platform issues that may arise at launch. After the initial launch phase is over, we will move the European Megaserver to the European Datacenter. This process will be a seamless migration for users, without additional downloads, logins or action required.

No, they did promise servers that would be located in Europe specifically. Not simply servers with an EU tag on it. There wouldn't be so many people upset if they didn't specifically promise it. You can dig up the actual statement if you look it up.
Also, as far as ping goes, 200ms is roughly what the latency is, no technology, upgrades or tweaks will ever lower that, it's a physical limitation. The ping between UK and New York is always 100, then you add all the routers etc and you come up with roughly 200, give or take some. In simple terms, there is a 0.2 second delay in everything you do.
