xbox series x still crashing back to the ui

happens 4 or 5 times each night -- always when i am going to a load screen or switching characters --- crashes back to the ui.

i have cleared my cache and local saved games numerous times and have hard reset numerous times but it is still happening

One more troubleshooting step that may help would be uninstalling and reinstalling ESO on your Xbox.
