Poll - Should December Daily Rewards Be Changed?

Yes.The crown riding lessons are nice, for new players and new alts, but not for those of us who have all of their mounts fully leveled. Same as the crafting research scrolls, useless when you have every trait already.

I don't think it's about entitlement, but expectation. The culture in the west for the months of november and december is a culture of thankfulness and giving. ZOS at their laziest could have given out a crown crate. It takes just as much time to give out stamina scrolls (which are universally seen as the worst of the three mount scrolls) as it would have been to put in a crown crate.
What bothers me is the expectation that players should spend hundreds of dollars on this game yearly, but when it comes time for some gift giving....we see stamina scrolls? I mean ESO+ members dont even see anything. The painting spans two months...
I feel like I am being mocked, straight mocked by the people who put this together.17 -

✭✭✭✭No.ZOS probably did this due to the holidays, as some players will not be able to log in during the holidays. So this way they will not miss out on anything important.
Besides, there is no telling if ZOS might add any (free) holiday stuff during the holidays.

Also perhaps a good reward would be nice for those people who maybe DON'T have family to spend time with and will therefore be seeking company in game during any time off over the festive period. It can be a lonely time for some, and a couple of nice rewards for people who are around all month instead of off doing nice things might be good.
True words. People that dedicate time to the game should be rewarded. Especialy with new games coming out.

✭I'm Fine with the reward but i don't mind if it gets changed.I created a second account a month ago, only Blackwood, no ESO+, no crownstore items except 1 mount and a costume.
Unlike on my main account, where I collected tons of "glitter" over the years, this "native" account lets me feel the lore much better than the pimped up one.
I do not wear an evening soiree gown when fighting enemies, instead my cute woodelf wears Orc armor style and a skirt, looking much too large on her. It looks funny, and tells us "oh this small tiny one with the thin legs has defeated a huge terrifying orc to loot his armor"
Goodies are nice for a while, but somewhen they turn into clutter distracting me from the original game content, so I am good if we get not just another shiny pet or whatever. It also encourages me to actually quest, e.g. to earn dyes for the outfit station instead of consuming a costume from the store.

If you'd be happy with literally anything, including a hat or marking or whatever you think is ugly and will never use then does it really matter? What's the difference between a hat you'll never use and a riding lesson you will also never use?
If you have something specific in mind what makes you think ZOS would have chosen your idea? They've never done that before. We've had other months where the preview crate was in the monthly rewards right from the start even though the crate it's a preview for wasn't announced until later. That could happen, and I can imagine "rules" that prevent them from talking about Crown Crates that are unannounced. Those same "rules" could prevent them from putting them into the daily rewards, even if they had done it before. So... it is a possibility.
However, not everyone who plays ESO can get Crown Crates. I am not sure how this applies to free ones, as I do not live in one of those places, but I do know that they are blocked from purchase in places. It would truly suck for those people if Day 21 was magically updated to a Crown Crate that they cannot have.

The chicken and poisons are about the only thing I use from the login rewards. (poison just for the "poison things" endeavors)
So, no. Please leave those. You can get rid of the XP scrolls, though - I've got a stack of ~175 building up in my bank.

Yeah, I use the Chicken Dinners and Tri-Pots. They are handy with Alts.
I never used the Crown Lethal Poison until the Endeavors. I just DELETEd them. I still do, just not all of them.
I use the XP scrolls to speed leveling to 10, then I stop using them on a regular basis. Usually, the free character-bound ones get used, or it just clutters up inventory.XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus

✭No.Last month I played for a week with the notification on because I didn't want that Daedra Crown to clutter my collectible menu. Even though I'm the kind of person who can't let a notification unattended.
When I like the rewards, I eventually burnout or stress too much in order to login every day. So I like it when they're just convenient but nothing you can't live without. The lessons are useful for my new character, but they should've given out more than 4 probably.
