    It is pretty much obsolete now. I've seen it like 3 times since the new patch. 3 times in probably 30-40 games

    It's still one of the best sets if you build around it or have a halfway competent team. Thankfully, it no longer carries anyone, you actually need brains to use it properly.

    If you don't manage to dump a lot of burst either by building around that 1 sec window you have after the delayed stun, or by coordinating with your teammates a bit, it gets outclassed by quite a few other sets.
