I got it to run. I was able to do EULA stuff the it went to character screen. thats when the mouse and keyboard locked up!

Altaire✭✭✭My next project is a clean installing of win7 on a new/old HD and doing the eso install.

✭You will need to change the registry entries and add the DLL. It also no longer works in 3MB as the steam and their own page misleadingly claim. I tried it for lolz... 8)

I'm ready to give up, after reinstall if I launch game from 'play' on launcher I goto the forever loading black screen and have to ctrl/alt/del. If I start game w/ eso64.exe I go to char select screen, but my mouse and keyboard are locked out from interacting w/ screen and have to do the ctrl/alt/del thing.0 -
