[BUG?] Some leads won't drop anymore

Hello,
I don't know if the last patch has impacted the drop rate of some leads, but as from the very day when update number 32 was out, I wasn't able to get the lead for the "Branch of Falinesti" and the "Remnant of the False Tower" anymore. Yet, I remember when I did my survey with my crafter some days before this update, I immediately found the lead of the latter in Rivenspire. The lead of the remnant of the false tower was hidden in a node, a rich rubedite ore. I excavated all of the antiquities mentioned above beforehand, so technically, I should have been able to get another lead for these two. I've even seen videos on Youtube where people were able to spot the lead very quickly several months earlier.

As the last update included a change to enhance the chance for missing set pieces to drop, I can't do much but make assumptions about a possible collateral damage with the drop rate of some specific leads. Has anybody experienced the same thing the last few days?
PS: I can testify however that the drop rate was unchanged for the "Void-Crystal Anomaly" since I could easily get the lead from any alchemical plant in the Court of Contempt, so if the bug is real, I confirm that it doesn't affect all the yellow leads!

KaGaOri✭✭✭✭Got "Branch of Falinesti" lead yesterday - it's second of total I've excavated so far. It came out of harvested wood node in Grathwood. Prety sure I've found "Remnant of the False Tower" lead recently too, though not 100% sure if it was before or after update. Have so many of these I've stoped counting. Have been looking for "Beacon of Tower Zero" lead (no. 2) for months to no avail, though. It's probably just bad RNG

Q_Jei✭And I can confirm that it was bad RNG indeed, I just managed to get my second Remnant of the Flase Tower tonight! I've seen somewhere that reaching level 10 in both scrying and excavation could increase the drop rate. That's what I did today and it finally paid off! I can't believe I felt unlucky to the point of considering it as a bug. So yeah, it was a false alarm, but still, I wonder how the drop rate is calculated for these leads.0

tim77✭✭✭✭it might not be bad rng, but intended... or bugged.
i tried to complete the codex for all the leads, and i noticed a constant behaviour on the furniture items.- The first lead of a furniture drops nearly instant, within 5 trys.
- The second lead of the same one takes always around 100 or 200 trys, so really demotivating.
- The third lead of it drops between 5 and 15 trys.
That goes for all single lead (mostly purple) furnitures, which were released with antique-system in skyrim.
For some it was hell, looking at you - sommerset feather and you - dragons. 💩
