    So the remedy has been made and the accounts are all flush
    The goblins have their gold and yet my characters remain hushed
    I've delivered a scroll about AT&T's blockage
    Explaining why I received no notice of my lockage
    Provided a new contact with a delivery guarantee
    But still, it seems no one wishes to speak with me
    Day 6 it is now since I've ventured within
    My hopes of reuniting are wearing too thin
    The bank says the goblins have been given their gold
    So why do they leave me here in the cold?
    Because they are goblins and their hearts are of stone
    They laugh at my plight as I sit here alone
    As my eyes grow clearer with the passage of time
    I see that to them I'm nothing but slime
    Why should I stay, though I've invested so much
    In a place where the goblins now rule and the devs have lost touch
    My faith begins to waiver my trust has been lost
    Shall I let them go, whatever the cost?
    Perhaps this last plea will catch wind and be heard
    To imagine that I could play today would of course be absurd
    But here's to a wish that falls on deaf ears
    Don't lose me now after so many years

    Ah yes. The Catch 22 of ZOS Support. You can't open a ticket from an email not associated with the account, and you can't access the account to change the email. [snip]

    To be fair, this one was for a legitimate reason, canceling a payment. I think that causes a permanent ban with some services but I don’t know for sure. My husband and I check with one another if there’s a charge we’re unsure about. OP does have my sympathies and I hope they can get everything sorted out.

    This isn't a good look for ZOS, for sure. It sure appears like they are ignoring a customer who needs support. This player should've been contacted today with at the very least a brief update.

    I get it, I'm sure there are plenty of dirtbags out there that try to game the system and use chargebacks to get stuff for free, but all they have to do is take a look at my account history to see that this was a simple error. I've bought hundreds of thousands of crowns over the years, been an ESO plus member forever, bought every physical addition they have for the statues, and paid the outrageous prices in the Bethesda store when they stopped offering physical editions. Bank of America has assured me that the chargeback has been fixed and updated as a legitimate charge, so I really don't understand why they are ignoring me. I'm a dream customer for this type of business and I've paid enough into their system to merit a small army of customer service agents. Why would you want to alienate someone who is such a dedicated consumer of your product? It's just horrible business practice. If I was some shady account that was created the same day as the chargeback, yea, ok, but one look at my account and it's plain to see that I'm a legit customer who had a human error, it happens. I know the posts I make here are kind of silly, but it keeps me sane when I'm so frustrated at being so loyal to a company that treats me with so little regard. I feel like I've taken a bite out of a cupcake to find that it's full of razor blades, but I'm dumb enough to go in for another bite because it's my favorite. :o(

    I have about six or eight e-mail addresses, for various reasons, and they're all through mail.com, pretty solid site with a fairly aggressive spam filter, but it just dumps them into a separate folder, they don't keep you from ever seeing them like at&t.

    Sure thing. I am on mobile but I'll do my best. So first you need to go to the Bethesda support page. Once you have signed up for Twitter, the link I gave you should take you directly to it. Here it is again.

    You can also search Bethesda support in the search bar or google Bethesda support Twitter. As long as you're still signed into twitter, you should be able to interact with them immediately.

    It looks like that. Make sure you click the black button that says follow so that they can send you direct messages (DM) in the future. A DM is a private message and requires both parties follow each other.

    Next you'll first need to send them a public message to make them aware of your issue. Click the blue tweet button and it should start a reply to them.

    You are limited in the number of characters you can use so be precise. Once your message is composed just hit tweet and it will send.

    I haven't used Twitter in ages but I think you'll get a notification if they respond to you. If not, you can check their responses to people yourself by going to Tweets and Replies.

    There you'll see their responses to various people who needed help and they have responded to. They respond fairly quickly so keep your eyes peeled for your own request.

    Due to the nature of your request they will probably ask you to take it DMs and will probably look into making sure the ticket responses are going to the right email.

    Hopefully they will get you sorted out.

    Thanks a bunch, @ZOS_Kevin !!! I will wait patiently for any word from them. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to relay that information for me. Trust me, as soon as I have access to my account I will be changing the contact e-mail to a gmail account. At&T has been a world of issues for so many things.     Are you sure that wasn’t on Trion World’s end? Lmao! We can say a whole lot about how they handled a bunch of things. My experience with them was very, very long. It’s a shame how things worked out in the end.

    Well, I actually got an email from a CS rep from AT&T and she stated that yes, they were (like with Wolfmaster's situation here) blocking Trion, and to contact Trion CS to have them "discuss removal of the block" with AT&T.

    I forwarded the email to Trion CS, but never heard anything back. That was the point at which I moved to gmail, and since I wasn't having an issue logging into my account (just getting emails regarding support requests for in game issues) I was able to change the email without a problem. Never had any other concerns at least re email - until they went "the wrong direction" for me.... and yes, it was a shame how it went. To this day I miss housing in RIFT in a HUGE way.
