I recently re-downloaded the game after a year or so of not playing. As I open it, it says that the free trial has ended and that I can't play unless I pay for everything all over again. Is this a bug or do I actually have to buy everything all over again? I deleted and redownloaded and it still didn't work. I sent a ticket a week ago but no reply and it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do now.
