Turns out the house from the event fragment system is just coldharbour estate 2.0 instead of a daedric tower or something along those lines, which I am fairly sure a chunk of players (that would be intrested in housing) were expecting.

✭✭✭It's pretty much blanc canvas like Coldharbour.
I do like that the area after you enter is kinda flat to make for some interesting builds.
I also enjoy the daedra creatures out in the distance, I think that's a first - add some flavor.
The whole dark theme isn't my style, but I think I can work with it.7 -

it is supposed to be intended to be built upon like a Blank Canvas or have you not noticed the vast number of structural items ZOS has implemented, we will likely see many more come the Q4 DLC.7 -

The leyawin bridge (some citizen crossing the bridge)

Nah, although it would be nice to get a house again, the Hall of the Lunar Champion was a superb freebee from Zos, so this is a kind of progression, different flavour, if you will. Certainly no complaint from me. And no, before the fanboi accusations start flying, I have many complaints but just not on this housing area. I think it is great Zenimax creates different types of homes. It gives players a choice. I have seen the "free" homes Zenimax has given players from the Psijic home to the Antiquities home and have seen how each is unique.0 -
