Getting spammed with "Regarding Your ESO Plus PayPal Payment Method" emails

I have gotten spammed with four "Regarding Your ESO Plus PayPal Payment Method" emails from The Elder Scrolls Online Support Team in the last hour. The first three were within 13 minutes of each other.
This isn't making me want to re-sub with an alternative payment method, even if I was in a position to immediately do this.

We have resolved an issue with PayPal and it is now an available option to be used again for ESO Plus.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
