The Battle Roar passive still says Ultimate used instead of consumed on the PTS. Shouldn't this be changed before Live?
Battle Roar: This passive now restores 25/50 Health, Magicka, and Stamina per Ultimate consumed, rather than 23/46 Health, Magicka, and Stamina per the Ultimate’s cost.
Developer Comment:

This change should help even out your sustain when sitting on an Ultimate cast, and be less punishing when doing such
out of curiosity because the wording is wonky, is it still capped at the cost of the ult (say 200 if the ult costs 200) or does it work like balorg in that even if the ult costs 100 and you had 500 ult saved up it uses all 500 in the calculation.

Yes it should work like Balorgh now where if you use 500 Ultimate then you get back that much
