I'd love to see some larger land plots for housing. A couple land plots outside of cities that are larger than 'notable' houses where players can build grand structures/small towns.
Key would be having more placeable items than 700 (ESO+). Maybe like 1500? 3000 with ESO+?
Personally I focus on large scale design, and if I have the extra slots I add in the small detail items/extra fluff.
PS - This is what happens when you do server maintenance in the morning when I wake up. I get on the forums and.... blow. Them. Up.
