Maximum frustration: Bots camping dungeon bosses

I'm writing regarding bots camping bosses in public dungeons.

I'm incredibly sick and tired of finding a public dungeon, exploring it and at the heart finding a bunch of bots farming the dungeon boss. They completely break immersion, and frustrate me to no end knowing that I can't even get credit for a kill on this boss because these gold farmers and power levelers are taking advantage of my disadvantage. Dungeon bosses should NOT be a competition just to do enough damage compared to bots in order to get credit for a kill.

I no longer look forward to public dungeons. I want to avoid them except for they contain skyshards.

This botting behaviour has been going on for long enough, nearly since the game was released, and you haven't yet found a way to stop them. It seems they have free reign to do whatever they want and it's embarassing. I'm not exaggerating any of this. I should be having fun, not becoming more frustrated. I would be ashamed if I were you guys. Please hire some more people, actively monitor these areas and suspend accounts being used for botting ASAP. Maybe you're relying on developing algorithms to detect this activity. If so, it's clearly not working at a noticeable success rate. Hiring some more people, to manually check these areas and suspend accounts, may incur short term financial costs but honestly my faith in your bot-fighting campaign is failing quickly.

Also please ban accounts which are being power-leveled or are caught buying gold, although I'm sure you're doing this already as you conduct investigations.

Thank you for fixing other bugs and exploits so far. This game is really something special and wonderful and I hate that your hard work is being ruined like this.

Thanks.

You do realize it often take longer than a month to get proper antibot measures in place right? Even games that have been out for years have time where their measures do not work and they have to fix them. this is something that takes time.

For the time being they could get in game and do it the old way. Ban per hand.

That's the main issue right now. Zenimax thinks they don't need to get their hands dirty. The community does not agree.

The game is "less" then 20 days old man.... 20 days... "for long enough" ???

So you had a conversation with them then ? I mean, you had a conversation and noticed they were Chinese ? Stereo-type much ?

The statement "if you put enough monkeys behind enough typewriters... sooner or later one will produce the works of Shakespeare" has sadly been proven utterly wrong by the internet...

And again another racist, you know what are worst than bots? Racists.

I'm sorry for saying the bots were Chinese. I have noticed a fair number of Chinese-sounding names camping and reacting at the same time to respawns alongside seemingly jibberish character names (often all consonants), so I just made that assumption. But you're right it's not fair to make that assumption. My apologies for that.

In the mean-while I did notice this weekend, in a few dungeons I went into for quests or with a group, that I didn't see any coordinated/automated groups camping (where all the characters react at the exact same time to the respawn). Not sure what you guys are doing but I appreciate it!
