EARN 2 EVENT TICKETS daily from the FIRST boss monster you defeat in a delve, dungeon, overworld, trial etc.
Remember to LOOT IT or LOSE IT!
LEVEL FAST with the Witchmother's whistle that gives a 100% XP buff
WITCHMOTHERS WHISTLE - QUEST WALKTHROUGH
1 Use the Crow Caller obtained free from the crown store.
2 Talk to Witchmother Olyve.
3 Gather a pumpkin and guts.
4 Kill any delve boss (excl Cyrodiil) to obtain an Essence of Death.
5 Find Olyve's Brewery and deliver the ingredients.
- in Stonefalls, just north of Steamlake Encampment
- in Auridon, south of Mehrunes' Spite
- in Glenumbra, between Crosswych Wayshrine and Par Molag.
6 Talk to Olyve again to claim your reward.

Collect 50 Cursed Feathers, found inside Plunder Skulls. Eay to farm in a public dungeon or delve.
Once you have collected all 50, you can transform them into an effigy that you can then use to transport yourself into a special realm to battle a new world boss monster!
TO CHECK PROGRESS Press J/Quests/Holiday event/Plucking the crow (The amount of cursed feathers should be listed out of 50 to open the secret boss portal. PS The boss is quite a fight with heavy add spawns toward the end)

In my experience of the last 30 minutes, golden skulls drop a ton of feathers, I did a Dolmen+Delve+Public dungeon boss and got almost all, 2 more public dungen bosses for the purple skulls and got to 50 feathers.
Then you get to the Crowborne Horror, it's best to group up before going inside the portal as it appears to be an instance. Not worth the hassle of doing it again tomorrow (for me at least) as the final reward is... 3 purple skulls.

✭Crow Fragment Boss aint worth the agro & the time waste!
I tried to do it with my tank companion and he died about 5 minutes in, and I died about 3 seconds later. I abandoned the quest after that. I don't mind (some) world bosses, but this guy has way to many hit points. For the time it takes I may as well do a few public dungeon runs instead.
I realize that I am not the youngest or the most able, but seriously if I am bringing in a max level companion it was just a chore to even get him to half. I though this was targeted to be a fun event for the masses this boss is just a meat bag with far to much health to be fun.
