Head Icon In Chat Window?

Hi guys, just a silly question here for something that has been bugging me recently lol.
So I play on PS4/5 and have 2 accounts, well one is mine and the other is my nephew's on my old PS4 now. Anyway to the question. I have noticed when the second account is online (on either the PS4 or PS5) that the chat window shows a head icon next to the person's name. This is for any chat, zone/whatever and I never see this icon on my main account. What does this icon mean? How can I disable it? I see nothing in the options to remove it.
The only difference between the two accounts is that my main account has the game bought for it, that is it has access to Vvardenfell as I purchased the One Tamriel version of the game. Extra accounts you make on the console can play the game but do not have access to Vvardenfell. Could this be the cause? I really can't see why as it is not showing this icon next to my chat (I don't think). Besides that difference, my main (first account) has ESO+ and the second doesn't. I realize none of this probably has anything to do with the icon, just had to put that info out there as to the difference between the 2 accounts.
Anyone have any ideas and is this thing also on PC or the "other" console?

✭I use a chat addon that modifies the chat appearance. For example, I see the time of the entry left of player name instead of the standard appearance. So, maybe that there is another chat addon that allows for an icon near name? Not sure, but that's one thing I can imagine.

This has been driving me crazy since someone sent me a screenshot and their chat looked different than mine. Both on console as well.Xbox NA/EU

✭✭✭✭✭I'm going to take a shot in the dark maybe its part of a friend list thing. So when you're talking with someone on your friend list in-game, it highlights with an icon? I think it used to do this, but the last console I bought was a PS3.0 -

Nope, it is always when I just see random chat in zone chat. I mean I personally only log in to the account each day for a few mins to upgrade the horse at the stables. And sure enough if anyone says anything in the zone chat - big white head icon lol.
At first I thought it could be related to people being in the same guild as me, but then I remembered I never see this being the case on my main account when I see guildmates anywhere else in game.
