When you use the guild finder on PTS, are the guilds listed the ones that are actually on PTS or are they a copy of the guilds that are on the PC server? I have a plied to three guild on PTS, But I have not received any response.
I do know I can play on PDFs for the entire day and never see another player. Are there any guilds on PTS that are at least somewhat active?

Elo106✭✭✭✭✭PTS gets copied over regularly thats characters, housing and guilds. Usually first a NA copy and after 2 weeks a EU copy.0 -
oterWitz✭✭✭✭Your best chance to find people to test stuff with on the PTS is to find a guild on the live server that has people that are active there, though this sort of thing isn't usually advertised. Or ask for help here on the forums and give a date/time/location as well as what you want to test, though again, not sure how successful this will be.PC NA0
