[Feedback] Group finder needs rework

I think the group finder needs a complete rework, its inconvenient to use and lacks some features, which results to few people using it.
Features I find missing:
- Being able to search for groups for dungeons you outlevelled
- currently the group finder automatically tries to search for 2 dps and 1 healer and 1 tank, you should be able to disable this if you feel confindent enough that you can run the dungeon with 4 dps
- being able to set a language preference, its annoying if you get placed into a group with 3 frenchmen and understand nothing
- being able to list custom groups with custom description like "looking for 3 german speaking people for tempest island, teamspeak required"
there is probably more of which I forgot, please add your feedback

Malediktus✭✭✭✭Even WoWs group finder cant detect that I believe, but luckily in ESO you can manage fine without a tank for most dungeons. Even light armor users can tank suprisingly well since overcharged armor value is only 33% damage reduction
