There are several things that could be done (and are being worked on) to make grouping and dungeons easier in this game. Expecting people to wait hours and beg for other people to be the tiniest bit considerate to others is quite an interesting argument and one that makes me wonder what sort of magical place full of perfect people that others are experiencing.
TBH when I played few first times in daily dung I was quite impress by the tempo taken by more advanced players. That set me a goal and i achieve it, after few months of gameplay. And now i can speedrun through dung and enjoy it, if i need to of course.
But when someone use the magical thing called a chat and inform me about their quest i would not only slow down but even clear their path to the quest markers (yeah, Darkshade Caverns I, I am talking about you). And when I played on NA and happen to get my first vet run in DC1, team not only slow down for me but also clear a way towards quest end before final boss. As they call it "For newbie"
So sure, you can find some n'wahs in the pug group of mmo that have few millions players, but if you want to regulate it... for example by cutting down incentives, think how long you might wait in queue if even "normal" advanced players would decide that this random is not worth their time. Or maybe better... , you will be doomed to get in random only DLC normal from daily pledge that require too much effort in HM to get two keys. Yeah, sounds like fun
