There are sometimes open books included in furnishing packs, like the two Coldharbour packs, the Dwemer Pipes pack, and the Ayleid pack, but I'm not sure if any of the pages hold that exact design with the columns. The Coldharbour and Ayleid have blurry low-res text and the "Dwemer Structures" has drawings of structures in them.

There is also a Lux vendor item on a book ledger stand that has an open book as well, and I think an item in the Housing Editor much like it, but they have the stand attached.

If it is just an open book you want, and don't mind if there is some clutter or have a surface that can hide stuff, then sometimes I sink Enchanting Tables into counters or desks.
