So, what is your take on this, funny right? Or are you a 1950's square man, and see it someone made a mistake in text, or maybe the artist doesn't know one species from another? I see it as intended, funny ha ha !

Yes, I stole this particular item from the Bank in Wayrest. There is always two chests that spawn in there, and if your just taking you time, then you can farm quite a bit in there.
Now if you want to really farm stolen items, I don't know if this is the best spot, but I usually stick to the goldcoast, and farm at Enclave of the Hourglass.
