Imperial City not working on PTS

When you attempt to teleport to the Imperial City on pts you will get a black screen and after 5 minutes you get a error message saying "Lost connection to the lobby".

I just want to chime in and say that there isn't any No-Proc instance of either Cyrodiil or the Imperial City available right now on the PTS.
I'm wondering if we might be able to receive a comment about its availability during this patch cycle because there are lots of builds that No-Proc players would like to test.0 -
