    The tooltip for the DK's Battle Roar still reads "Restore 50 resources for each point of ultimate COST." This was supposed to be changed to restore resources for each point of ultimate spent.

    The underlying mechanics work though so it's purely a UI error.

    Solar barrage (Templar Skill) doesn't crit anymore. Note: This means I can body acuity and do 140,000 dps (we got that in a parse yes) parses on dummy on a plar right now because 100% crit on everything else lol. Pretty broken :open_mouth: .

    Not sure about base and morphs.

    The character sheet isn't updating to show the 40% reduction from Deadly Bash passive. Though this appears to just be a visual bug.

    Imperial Red Diamond Passive does update the character sheet though.

    Stampede prevents you from activating a light attack & bar swap for one second if you use it standing in the same spot.

    This does not happen if you move your character between the first and second Stampede cast.
    Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.

    Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.

    Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

    Lotus Blossom STILL does not give weapon visuals unlike it's other morph Green Lotus and it's base skill Lotus Flower. This bug has been reported for years. In the case where this isn't a bug could you guys just standardise it so that we can know easily from our glowing weapon when our buff is up?

    Lightning staff heavy attacks seem to be doing the same dps no matter how many sets like noble duelist, infallible mage, or storm master I stack. It seems to be down about 7-10k dps than live from my tests

    "Wrath of the Imperium: This set now grants 129 Weapon and Spell Damage for its 2-piece and 325 Weapon and Spell Damage to ranged Direct Damage attacks for its 3-pieces, rather than 657 Spell Critical and 1829 Spell Critical for those attacks."

    Tested on the PTS, the 3-piece trait does not work with ranged direct damage from sets like Caluurion and Winterborn.

    Maybe it's just me, but I'm seeing the tooltip for Battle Roar 2/2 say "51 Health" instead of "50 Health".

    Regardless of gear, CP and I even fully untrained the passive then retrained it.
    Edit: Also changed Mundus from The Lord to Shadow, no effect.

    Dragonknight Petrify (Fossilize/Shattering Rocks) and Sorcerer Rune Prison (and Rune Cage) remain grayed out when targeting an enemy player who had previously benefitted from an Immovability potion/the Unstoppable effect even after the effect has worn off. The only way to un-gray out the abilities is to Stun the player using a CC that doesn't get grayed out, such as Dragon Leap or Streak, and then waiting for natural CC immunity to wear off.

    Volatile Armor is also broken with respect to applying Status Effects and inheriting bonuses from the Charged trait, etc.

    I went all-in on the PTS stacking Heartland Conqueror + Charged Destruction Staff and the rate that it applied Minor Magickasteal was very close to the base rate of a single-target DoT of 3%.

    The thorns damage component was even worse. Since it's a single-target direct damage attack it should have been applying at 100% frequency but it was somehow coming in even lower than its 10% base rate - closer to 5%.

    So something is not working correctly with respect to that skill.

    Sorcerer pets are not inheriting the damage bonus Bahsei gives based on missing magicka. I did a control parse on live:

    The damage of the non-pet abilities is very similar, but the damage of the Storm Atronach, Winged Twilight (Zap). and Volatile Familiar are a bit less on the PTS compared to live. I did rule out Diamond's Victory as it does give the pets extra damage on live and on the pts, and Daedric Prey was indeed increasing the pets' damage.

    Using mist form seems to reset the CC immunity we get from break free.

    Malevolent Offering sometimes seems to not heal a target, but it still consumes magicka. What is also weird is when this happens, I do not receive health dot damage on me this skill is supposed to give.

    ^ This is something I have noticed. Sometimes, if I use it on an ally (Companion, Frendly NPC, other Player etc) it is an "empty" cast, that does not heal anyone, but consumes my magicka. It happens quite frequently tbh. Out of 10 casts, 4 or 5 are "miss-fired".

    I have tested it with a Companion & other Player. In both scenarios, my ally was surrounded with mobs and I was standing at a distance, casting Malevolent Offering when health of my ally dropped. Sometimes it did not healed the target, but consumed my magicka.

    I also double checked if the "misfires" were not self-heals (line of sight, or targeting error) - but no, nor in game UI or addon were showing that I was healed. I even tried testing it while not having a full heath bar, so I could see if I get healed.

    I then checked if something like this happens on live server and it kinda does, but on live server when this happens (empty, misfire cast), Malevolent Offering does not consume health or any of your resources (just like it does on PTS, it consumes magicka, but does not consume health via dot that is not plaided to you in case of "misfire" or "empty" cast).

    It seems to be related to "up-front" magicka cost that was added, as magicka is consumed for every cast, and not necessary every "successfully" cast. Health cost dot is applied only if this skills will actually hit a target.

    Hello,

    There's a significant bug in today's pts where parses are hitting way below the normal numbers. Someone did a casual 120k (very easy to get the numbers in each parse/no-crit-farm) parse on stam cro last pts is now only getting 109k after multiple parses.

    Mag classes are like 10-15k down in dps.


    The crit seems to be way below average crit. There could be other issues too as well but this is what looked weird to us. This has been confirmed on different classes by different players in the ESOU discord.

    It seems while fixing some bugs some issues may have been messed up. For your testing, you could run a parse on pts and see for yourself based on your previous PB (damage is very significantly low compared to before).

    To clarify by last pts I meant last week.

    Not sure if this is a UI bug or something more serious, but I have noticed that my health bar changes rapidly when I swap my bars (weapons).

    For example: I have like 40K health on my tank, I swap bars and then it changes to something like 33K or 35K (it seems to be random). I am not using shield or different sets, so the set bonus is not affected by this. I also do not have any skill on my bar that would affect max health.

    Then when I unequip (yes, unequip !) armour piece, then my health bar goes up, to something like 43K (One gear slot empty and it goes up ?!)

    If I unequip & equip armour piece agin - it goes back to normal. Loging off / on also fixes that. But /reloadui does not fix it (so it may not be only UI bug :# ).

    As soon as I swap bars - it gets messed up again.

    I'm posting to concur with this. I just did a couple of test parses on a build that did 100k last week and now is in the low 90s. My first guess is that the hybridization of crit on sets got reversed but that is just based on how my stam vs mag skills are critting on a character that uses both; my guess could be wrong.

    Hoping this was a known issue from today's patch and the maintenance tonight will fix it.

    Also, I'd like to post about a second issue that exists on PTS and live servers which was introduced with U30 I believe (and yes, I have submitted a bug report in game). Warden's Winter's Revenge skill sometimes fails to fire, both in parses and actual content, regardless of how slowly or quickly I'm LA weaving and casting abilities. I strongly suspect this is related to backend changes in ground cast aoe abilities, as there is also a much longer wait to cast the ability even when it does fire, and sometimes I can even move the yellow pre-cast circle around before it goes off, even though I have the setting "Quick Cast Ground Abilities" set to "On" at all times.

    I'm pretty sure this has been reported about other abilities, such as Endless Hail, but I hadn't seen any reports related to Winter's Revenge so wanted to mention it here.

    This problem has already existed for more than one patch, since the release of Elsweyr, I have written about this more than once, although there were no fixes.
    There is a problem regarding the animations of the necromancer, and specifically worried about the fact that when using ANY skill of the "Necromancer" class, weapons "disappear" from the hands (including quivers when equipping a bow).
    I want to ask you for help in resolving such a question - what can be done so that the weapon does not disappear when using the above skills, tk. purely from a role-playing point of view, the necromancer is my favorite class, and since I am inherently a perfectionist (to some extent), this problem is very painful for the eyes, in addition, I express not only my opinion, but the opinion of a huge number of my guildmates / friends / acquaintances who play for this class.
    I understand that you have a lot of work now, but I ask you to help me with solving this problem.
