Cyrodiil's Ward Restoration Staff In Collections None Existent

Cyrodiil's Ward Restoration Staff is a none existing item.
Cyrodiil's Ward is a Melee Proc Set and Ranged Weapons for such sets have been removed from drop tables.

The Collections currently requests this item for the completion but it doesn't exist.

This issue was brought up on the Update 29 PST

I've spent millions of AP on the boxes and this last piece doesn't drop.... Grrrr

If it actually doesn't exist. I'd like a refund for wasting my time farming millions of AP to buy the boxes for months!

I received a screen this morning of someone having it collected. So it does it exist.

I actually remember seeing this item in my guild bank at one point, so I took it out and collected it. The thing was, it was a white item, with the damage values of 0. I don't know where the person got it from, but it definitely wasn't a normal piece of gear.

It seems it's too difficult for someone from the zos team to look into this and confirm if it's obtainable or not.
