A letter slips by the door of your room, its written with a really messy and rushed calligraphy:

My name doesn't matter, but what really matters is that I need your help.

I was trapped in a dark cell for years but I finally managed to escape. Although, I'm still a prisoner of this accursed hunger. And if it weren't enough, some self righteous fanatics are hunting me because of this curse.
So I'm in need of your help, I need someone able to hide me of what it haunts me every second.
If you are willing to help me, please leave an answer at the hollow tree near the town.

A fresh piece of parchment is found in the tree's hollow. It reads:

We have gotten your letter. You are in luck. Our guild specializes in both grouping together both those who need assistance, and those who seek knowledge, whether of their past or of their future. You seem much like many we include amongst ourselves, and you may find our services most helpful. Send word by courier to the khajiit known as Kha'jiri, he will be able to bring you into our ranks. Until then, may Magicka's light keep safe your travels.

Along with the note you find an old and worn banner with faded colors on it, with much text seeming to detail the guild Magicka.
