I open it. These two things pop up. I push play. Nothing. The button image turns grey. Nothing.

Uninstall. Restart. Reinstall. Same thing. Repeat.

Turn off windows UAC it's crap, install both things you need to play the game.

You may also need to set your ESO Launcher to run as an administrator before running it.
