Play button is a lie

New surface pro.

I open it. These two things pop up. I push play. Nothing. The button image turns grey. Nothing.

Uninstall. Restart. Reinstall. Same thing. Repeat.

Turn off windows UAC it's crap, install both things you need to play the game.
