Just need a proc set called "JumpSlayer" that does extra dmg to jumpers.
But seriously, the bunny hopping generally in MMOs needs to be nerfed out yesterday, should have been done away with decades ago. Stam cost for jump in ESO is not the way though.

it already got a risk, you cant dodge while jumping.
if you get ultidumped from a NB in a bad moment = rip if you want to dodge.
Yes, Absolutely needs to happen.
it needs to be that during combat that 1 jump should = 1/3 of your stamina, and make it that 3 jumps will deplete your stamina pool. infact we have been asking for this for many years.

A friend suggests this every time we're in Cyrodiil and see the hoppers. Cant see a good reason to object to it.
As someone said at the least its immersion breaking even if it's not really giving them any practical advantage.

It's not exactly immersion breaking since fighters & gladiators would jump to evade low sweeping strikes & blows. .

Another thing ZOS should fix is the ability to RUN THRU enemy players. This is immersion breaking and defensive cheese too. This is almost as bad as bunnyhop and as effective to make abuser untargetable. And way too cheesy in 1vX where people can run right thru whole groups of people. The game would be so much better if all players were SOLID, meaning if you run into them you have a collision. LOS is bad enough but being untargetable by running THRU people is just dumb.

Player collision? This would put quite some additional strain on server and network, so forget about it. Not to mention all the positional desyncs that would have to be "fixed" first.
